Within the 20's to early 30's, selling alchohol, and running bars was illegal. Fortunatly, for the sake of crime, people dis-obeyed this law, and carried on deporting it into the United States.
How the roleplay in Prohibition
Since right now on the hotel, there is no police force, we basically "can do anything we want". We can roleplay this as literal, and not if their is a police force.
The police force is vacant, so please, would somebody step up to it.
